The vines used to produce our wine were selected by analyzing the territory and climate of Trzebnica. In the first years of existence of the vineyard, disease-resistant varieties were planted, which did not require the use of fungicides.

From the first hectare, we produced our wines called Sol Sol, Czas Na and Triada
In 2018, we planted another hectare, choosing international grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Merlot, which are famous for producing excellent wines, but for which we will have to wait until 2020, when the first production begins.

The distance between the rows allows for proper solar protection of leaves from early morning hours, strategic exposure of the field to the south-east enables a proper thermal „shock” in the morning when the sun rises.

The temperature excursion is an indispensable aspect of the rich aromas of vine fruit.
